Hey guys good to see you back for this weeks You've got this blog!

Feeling confident is a challenge many of us face, including me over the years. The Great news is that confidence is a skill that can be developed with practice.

I'm excited to share 12 practical exercises I use that can help you build your confidence

Here they are step by step:

1. Self-awareness: Take time to reflect on your strengths and weaknesses to better understand yourself and focus on areas for growth.

2. Set small goals: Celebrate small victories as you work towards your goals. Each accomplishment builds confidence over time.

3. Positive self-talk: Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations to cultivate a more optimistic mindset and boost confidence.

4. Gratitude journaling: Reflect on what you're grateful for each day to foster self-appreciation and confidence.

5. Visualisation: Picture yourself succeeding in your endeavours to boost confidence and motivation.

6. Embrace challenges: Step out of your comfort zone by taking on new challenges daily to build resilience and confidence.

7. Connect with others: Join clubs or groups to build relationships and improve your confidence in social interactions.

8. Power posing: Adopt confident body language to feel more empowered and self-assured.

9. Take breaks: Recharge your mind and body with regular breaks to maintain confidence and productivity.

10. Self-care: Prioritise your physical health with healthy eating, exercise, and sufficient sleep to boost overall well-being and confidence.

11. Public speaking practice: Overcome anxiety by practicing public speaking and gradually building confidence in this skill.

12. Seek support: Don't hesitate to ask for help from experts or professionals when needed to overcome challenges and build confidence.

Remember, building your confidence is a journey, not a destination. Each of these exercises is a stepping stone toward a more confident and self-assured you. As always remember these exercises are what work for me; however make sure they fit for you and if they don't find out what does.

Thank you for reading, and remember: "Never dull your shine for somebody else." Keep believing in yourself, and you'll achieve great things!

All the best

Dan
