Finding my Purpose!

Life intervenes when you are ignoring the signs and sometimes has a funny way of showing you your path!

I become aware of what purpose was back in 2006 when I attended a seminar with the Utility Warehouse through a friend of mine and the chap speaking was talking about purpose.

This sparked my interest and my journey to find purpose began. Now I have tried lots of different things over the years where I have had some great success and some serious dark lows, I do not regret any of them because they have made stronger, better and wiser.

I read a quote which made a lot of sense to me, so if you are struggling to find purpose this may spark something for you.

"If you can't figure out your purpose, figure out your passion for your passion will lead you right into your purpose."

My passions are to help people through coaching, training and speaking and by doing these along with life experiences helped me find my purpose, which is to bring positive change and awareness to Men's mental health and wellbeing so they can stand tall with a community, conversations and support behind them.

For some of us when you are ignoring the signs, life intervenes and has a funny way of showing you your path, which is what it did to me. Remember these perceived good or bad situations are happening for us and not to us, they are there to led you to what you are meant to be doing. I have found it has taken a massive amount of self discovery, awareness and perseverance to get me to love myself, knowing I am enough and I do not need external validation to be me.
