I didn’t just study the construction and property; I built my way through it. For over two decades, I’ve lived and breathed the UK domestic building industry. My journey started on the tools and evolved into project management, high-level consultancy, and eventually becoming the client myself as an investor and developer.

I’ve worked across the board—from managing high-volume void refurbs and disabled adaptations for Housing Associations to delivering bespoke home extensions and small commercial conversions. If it involves a brick, a budget, or a building reg, I’ve likely handled it.

The "About Me" you usually read is a highlight reel. Mine is a reality check. I’ve had massive successes and I’ve had gut-wrenching failures. I’ve navigated the stress of the site and the pressure of the investment, and at one point, it took its toll—I’ve walked through a breakdown and come out the other side.

That experience changed how I work. It’s why I don’t just "do building"—I manage the process, the people, and the expectations to ensure the project doesn't break the person behind it.

• Hulfurb Ltd (Delivery): We provide a "concept to completion" service for homeowners and investors. We aren’t a single-trade outfit; we are your delivery partners. We plan, manage, and execute refurbishments that turn houses into high-value assets.

• Consultancy & Strategy: I act as the independent eyes and ears for clients who can't afford to get it wrong. Whether you need a second opinion on a complex project, a feasibility study on a potential investment, or a troubleshooter to get a stalled site back on track, I provide the strategy to protect you.

• Education & Coaching: I’m building a platform for the next generation of excellence. I coach tradespeople to move from "workhorse" to business owner, and I provide homeowners with the videos and processes they need to master the practical side of property refurbishment.
